A ROADSIDE OBSERVATION ON MCCASLIN BOULEVARD October 9, 2026

Personal testimony from Light Stone Arranged by Angel from his dictated message

Light Stone came alongside a black vehicle while passing traffic on McCaslin Boulevard near US 36. He placed the encounter at approximately 11:00–11:05 a.m., possibly at the second traffic light. He dictated this account at 11:19 that morning.

“It looked like a Suburban. I think it was a Suburban.”

He described dark windows and a black American-flag design on the vehicle’s left side. Inside, he saw a woman and what appeared to be a small silver headset at her left side.

As he came alongside, she looked toward him. Her expression struck him as surprise. He described seeing her say something, nod, and then turn right. He understood the apparent speech as directed into the headset, although he did not report hearing what she said.

He had accelerated while passing traffic. The brief moment alongside the vehicle left him with a strong impression.

“I got the sensation that they were following me.”

He associated that feeling with the Freedom of Information Act outreach he had recently undertaken. He also said:

“I don’t have any proof, didn’t have a camera.”

The observation did not establish that the vehicle was following him, that its occupant had a government or military affiliation, or that the encounter was connected to his records requests. Her purpose remained unknown.

“Could maybe it’s not military? I don’t know.”

What stayed with him was the sequence: the dark vehicle, the flag, the apparent headset, the look toward him, and the right turn.

“I saw it, and I want to put it down as testimony.”
